I’ve definitely felt it myself, which is why I wanted to create a space that’s calm, simple, and actually helpful. Whether you’re feeling stressed, anxious, or just mentally drained, this site is here for you. It's not therapy, but it’s a place to take a breath, learn something useful, and maybe even feel a little more understood.

I pulled together things I’ve found helpful between free resources, daily mental health habits, and advice that’s relevant to student life.
