Free Mental Health Resources

These are a couple of resources I wish I’d known about earlier that have helped me learn more about mental health and how to manage it on my own. They are low-pressure, confidential, and helpful, even just to check out briefly. Even if you're not ready to reach out, just browsing through what’s out there can be a good first step. You’re not alone, and there’s always support available if you need it. There are a few real quotes from other college students to show you that other college students most likely have felt the same as you.
Oftentimes, just knowing where to find mental health resources is the hardest part. Below, I have attached a variety of mental health resources that are free and designed for students. Whether you’re looking for someone to talk to, need help with anxiety or depression, or just want to learn more about how to take care of your mind, check these websites out, and they may be able to help you.
